What do you do?
Together with Lindsey Macfarlane, I lead the Preceptorship/Foundation programme and the Qualified in Speciality (QIS) programme for the network. I facilitate the Network educators’ meetings and support Kim Edwards with the education and workforce workstream.
What would you like to achieve?
I hope to contribute to the preparation of a highly competent, confident and happy workforce that can achieve their potential in providing the best neonatal service.
