baby steps our neonatal journey

Our neonatal journey cards are coproduced with parents for parents, to support their journey on the neonatal unit. The cards are designed to give families the right information at the right time and to prompt conversations between families and staff. They are full of useful information and helpful links and are for the family to collect and keep.

For more information on the neonatal journey cards please visit our padlet by clicking here.
