What do you do?

Together with Susi Hill, I lead the Preceptorship/Foundation programme and the Qualified in Speciality (QIS) programme for the network.

What would you like to achieve?

I hope to streamline education for all across the Network, increasing our neonatal workforce and equipping them with the necessary knowledge to progress
