Local Care Coordinator

What do you do?

I work with the care coordinator team to promote and embed family integrated care across the network. I am passionate about standardising family integrated care across the network, so all families are supported to be their baby’s primary care giver from the beginning of their neonatal journey. I am currently leading on a project to standardise information across the network through padlets, so parents can access reliable information as and when they choose to about neonatal care.

What would you like to achieve?

I hope to support the team and units across our network to provide family integrated care for all families that require neonatal care.
