Could you care for the 1 in 13 babies born needing specialist care?
We’re delighted to share our new nurse recruitment advert for neonatal nursing. We wanted to tell the story and confront the viewer to the realities of neonatal nursing and how challenging it can be at times.
All of the photos were donated by real families whose premature/sick babies were being cared for on our neonatal units. The music was composed for us by a young composer and the voiceover is by the actor Lennie James.
