Psychology Lead

What do you do?

Within my role, I provide strategic support for the development and delivery of psychological services across the network. This involves supporting and helping to grow the psychological professional’s workforce and working at both a national and local level to support the neonatal psychology education strategy.

What would you like to achieve?

I am passionate about working as a team to ensure all babies, families and staff have access to good quality, equitable, psychological support throughout their neonatal journey to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.
