Care Co-ordinator

Job description: As network care co-ordinators we work closely with the neonatal units across Kent Surrey and Sussex exploring and supporting ways that we can improve the family journey across the network.

What I would like to achieve: My aim would be for all units to have a Family Integrated Care culture embedded as everyday practice and for all families to have consistent and seamless neonatal care.
