What do you do?

I aim to enhance the experience of families whilst their baby receives neonatal care and introduce family integrated care (FICare) as the philosophy of care across neonatal services.

What would you like to achieve:

My ultimate goal is to support all the neonatal units in KSS network to embrace and embed FICare culture across their respective units whilst ensuring inclusion and equitability. As well as families being at the heart of everything and primary care givers for their babies. Also promoting effective perinatal collaboration.
