It is with great pleasure that we are pleased to announce that the Workforce and Education strategies for the Thames Valley and Wessex neonatal workforce have been published.
They are, we hope, reflective of our multidisciplinary workforce and the transformation and future proofing for the workforce over the next five years. Over the next few months we will be working on producing a workforce toolkit with some interactive elements for units to use for both workforce and education planning.
